Pordenone, avoidance of 7.3 million

TRIESTE - A tax avoidance 'total' for more than seven million euro has been discovered by the Guardia di Finanza in the province of Pordenone. The investigation of yellow flames covered a 'vast and irregular' trade in live cattle from a Pordenone businessman who, through their individual company and a company attributable to him, has worked since 2005 without complying with any formal accounting.

The investigation revealed that the person responsible for performing stock trading with a ramified organization that uses two 'lairage' in the province of Pordenone.

The investigation has positively established that the entrepreneur and the company attributed to him, despite having sold a total of over 3,300 items to customers located throughout the country, have never met with any financial obligation by failing to submit annual declarations on unified four tax years and are, therefore, tax evaders total of € 7.3 million on income not declared and 700 000 € of VAT due and unpaid.
