These rates are average rates from CPM campaigns.
For a lot of countries we have CPC campaigns, too.
Some of our publishers getting really good eCPM´s like $3 - $10 USD for traffic from countries with CPC campaigns.

We have also increased CPM for Poland and India, because we have some new advertisers from these countries.
